Lookbook: Oversized Sweater, Faux Fur & Hunter Boots

It is rainy, chilly, messy weather in my neck of the woods. My Hunter boots come in handy for running errands and just be out and about in the damp weather. With an over sized sweater (tall girls tip - find an oversized sweater in men's department! Mine is from Forever 21, X-small) layered over a tee shirt and a warm faux fur vest and a fun camo beanie, I am ready to face the weather - no matter how dreary!

Snow Days With Hunter Boots & Factory Colorblock Coat

I have a little secret about today's outfit. I am wearing a sweater that I picked from men's section! I have to admit, sometimes I find it hard to shop for oversized sweaters in women's section. Either they are too short to hit me at the hips or the sleeves are to short for me. So when I saw this striped knit sweater at Forever 21 men's department, I kinda hit a home run! I am wearing a size small and it fits me perfectly as a loose, hip length sweater!

Lookbook : Plaid Pea Coat, Hunter Boots & Accents Of Red

Today's outfit features the amazing deals I scored during the Holiday sale. I am true size 8, and these fit true to size (contrary to some reviews that they run large) and with a pair of woolen/thermal socks they make  good alternative for snow boots if you plan to be in snow for a short period of time. I have been knitting cowls and infinity scarves like crazy lately! My mom is a great knitter and I learned the basic technique from her when I was young. But never picked up knitting to finish up a project until last year. I love making scarves and hats as they are small projects and I can custom make them in any color and size I want.
