In The Trenches: Layering For Transitional Weather

I am suspecting Spring might skip us this year in New York area, weather being either cold, damp and rainy or sudden heating up to 82 degrees and all! The volatile weather calls for layering and a chic belted jacket or trench coat comes in handy for easy transition from cold to warm weather. I am still on the hunt for a long trench coat (this one being on my wishlist, so badly!) but this asymmetrical, (kinda collarless) short coat on zlz.com got my attention and I am wearing it ALL THE TIME lately!

The beautiful link necklace is one of my current favorite accessories now. Perfect as a single piece or layered with stack of bracelets, this beautiful bracelet is must-have for Spring/Summer!     I love the combination of the green and red together. I've recently started to fall in love with my trench coats again and have started to wear them over dresses and tunics in the evening for a night out.
