Champion Your Cause And Let Your Voice Be Heard With #SocialPower

This post brought to you by Social Power. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you ever found yourself mulling over a prblem - big or small - and thought to yourself, only if I could make people aware of it , may be I could fix it! Or had an idea to solve a problem but never knew what to do with it? I have (I wish somebody could make a bottle of nail polish remover with a small wand/brush to clean up the pesky 'outside the line' nailpolish stain on your finger tips!)  and other than calling my best friend and discussing it with her, I have rarely found a better way to put it out there - until I came across Social Power This a community built around a simple idea - If we join voices, we create awareness and solve problems.

Social Power has a very easy to navigate platform where users post the most important, resolvable issues affecting them as well as others. Once a user shares that issue on the site, Social Power works to raise awareness for it within its own social network, while the issue creator does the same in his or hers. On Social Power, you can support an exisiting issue from fashion (H&M should have an online retail store in US!) to food (Chipotle should offer home delivery!) to everyday commute (metro crads should be avialble on cell phones!) and many other social and tecnological issues or you could make a difference by start your own cause/issue and let others join you. Once a cause is suported by at leat 1,000 people, social power team with its vast experience in conflict reloution come into the picture and they take on the initiative to make sure it gets resolved!

I just posted my simple problem of cleaning 'outside the nail' polish and asked people to join forces with me! May be a nailpolish remover manufacturer will listen to us:-)

So, what is the issue you want solved? Come join Social Power, voice your issue and harness the power of social influence to solve it!

  2. I'd agree the H&M online retail store - or lack thereof - is a BIG problem! I'd love to see this use of social networking do some good. Thanks for sharing!
