Michelle Obama Dazzles At The State Of The Union 2012; Wears Barbara Tfank

The First Lady looks glamorous and sophisticated in the dazzling blue dress from designer Barbara Tfank's 2012 resort collection. Mrs Obama customized the dress (as she usually does) by adding a glittering brooch at the neckline. How ladylike is this?
